Role Overview
As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will drive our social media strategy and execution both locally and globally. Your core focus will be on building and expanding our presence across North America and Australia, managing our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok accounts.
As the 6th piece of our marketing puzzle, you’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing team to craft and deliver content that resonates with our audience, strengthens our brand, and supports our growth initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to make a tangible impact.
Please note that this role is based in Australia, and you must have full Australian work rights to be considered.
Core Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage ShiftCare’s social media accounts, including content planning, creation, scheduling, and posting.
- Community Engagement: Foster a positive and active online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and facilitating discussions.
- Review Management: Monitor and manage online reviews, ensuring that responses are timely, professional, and align with our brand voice.
- Email Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute email campaigns that engage our audience and support our broader marketing objectives.
- Customer Interviews: Conduct interviews with customers to gather insights and testimonials that can be leveraged across our marketing channels.
- Ad-hoc Marketing: We’re never afraid of trying new things, so there are times when we all wear different hats depending on what’s required in the Marketing team.
Requirements
- 2 Years proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, with a strong understanding of content creation and community engagement.
- Experience in managing online reviews and email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
