Employment type: Part Time - 20 hours per week (likely Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Salary: €16,000 (€32,000 pro rata)
Location: County Louth Area - Ireland. Remote with some in-person meetings (1 day a week, typically Monday but flexible)
Remote status: Hybrid - Primarily remote but will require in-person collaboration weekly or bi-weekly depending on needs.
Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 3 hours. (Screening, Interview, Task & Final Interview).
Start date: As soon as possible (to be discussed).
Annual leave: 10-11 days (based on a 22-day allowance pro rata)
Equipment: Laptop provided.

We are looking for someone who can help support the Creator’s workflow, bringing both organisational and creative input to ensure a smooth and productive process.

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to support our Creator in managing and producing content efficiently. This role includes social media management, organisational support, and streamlining the content creation process to ensure content creation and secured brand deals run smoothly.
The Work
Social Media Management
- Oversee and manage social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including scheduling, posting, and engaging with followers.
- Develop content strategies and calendars to keep content on track with brand partnerships and organic growth.
- Brainstorm and help expand content ideas, both organic and for secured brand deals.
- Conduct research for film-related content and organise findings in Notion to support efficient production workflows.
- Research the social content of secured brand partners to help guide creative direction for collaborations.
Organisational Support
- Oversee content schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to streamline the content creation process.
- Develop systems and processes to improve the overall efficiency of content production.
- Assist with administrative tasks like note-taking, email management, and communications on busy filming days.
