Now, about the opportunity: In this role, you will take on the responsibility of planning and executing industry-leading practices in social media and digital content, with a special emphasis on developing and implementing content strategies. This position requires comprehensive project management skills, understanding of the entire project lifecycle end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include direct project administration, providing ad-hoc social media consultancy, and developing strategic recommendations based on data analysis to guide client strategies.

A key aspect of your role will involve overseeing and optimizing these strategies to ensure they align with client goals and deliver measurable results. Additionally, you will be managing a team of community managers, guiding them to effectively execute content plans and engage with audiences. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative and innovative environment where the team can thrive and contribute to the success of our social media initiatives.

In this role you will:

  • Develop digital content strategies by deeply understanding the brand's message, voice, objectives, and target audiences, focusing on crafting creative content driven by data insights and aligned with brand messaging. Implement and track digital content strategies by deeply understanding the brand's message, voice, objectives and target audiences, reinforcing creative content with data, trends, aligned with brand messages.
  • Strategic input for digital content.
  • Lead and supervise a team of Content and Community Managers, ensuring their work aligns with strategic objectives and maintains high content quality standards, while also guaranteeing excellence in implementation.
  • Monitoring and auditing of Social Media strategies of our client, as part of the continuous optimization process.
  • Analysis of the results obtained from the different reports of the analytical and monitoring tools for continuous optimization of the account.
  • Monitoring trends in social networks to keep the different platforms updated.
  • Develop crisis management and control documents
  • Collaborative work with Creative, Data, Planning and Project Management teams. 
  • Take the lead when needed in front of the clients, and you provide a valuable strategic POV.
  • Nothing, not even a small detail escapes from you as you are well organized.
  • It is essential for this position that the candidate be passionate about sports, entertainment, music and internet culture.

 

Experience you already have:

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital environments in roles such as a Social Media strategist.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Social Media environment, formats, and trends.
  • How to build a Social media strategy and set roles for social media platforms.
  • How to understand digital audiences and their behaviors.
  • Develop digital ecosystems and find opportunities in emerging and new platforms.
  • Develop consumer journeys and have the skills to clearly articulate your findings and opportunities in excellent storytelling.
  • Knowledge about digital payment environments.
  • How to measure success and which metrics are the valuable ones according to objectives, digital channels, and formats.
  • Develop strategic thinking, but you also identify when tactical thinking is the way to go.
  • Used common research and analysis tools such as Sysomos, Statista, Global Web Index, Facebook Insights, or Socialbakers.

 

Requirements

  • Play along and develop empathy and commitment between the internal teams.
  • Tweak your strategic approach to continuously adapt and improve based on past results and new insights
  • Great verbal skills and people get your point without gibberish.
  • Fast thinking for accelerated client dynamics.
  • Friendly and political expressions skills in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent spelling, writing and mastery of writing rules, syntax in Spanish and English.
  • Curious and attentive to popular culture to learn about trends.
  • Aware of your personality strengths, but also you are humble enough to identify your weaknesses.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring excellent service delivery
