About the role
Our SoMe Manager will be responsible for creating, planning, executing and monitoring Better Collective’s Social Media in the Romanian market. The role has a strong focus on implementing our strategy to improve brand awareness and increase sales of our PariuriX and Casinos sites, coming up with new concepts and staying ahead with trends on social media and sports.
Your main responsibilities
Create new and original content on the SoMe channels, and contribute to the overall strategy and planning of editorial SoMe content and of live streaming
Identify and develop strategies within the brands to engage and interact with sports fans on all our SoMe platforms, and develop content concepts for the individual brands that caters to and engage users across the brand’s SoMe profiles
Share editorial articles and engaging content produced by our brands PariuriX and Casinos.ro, as well as engage on the social media channels throughout the day to increase reach and interaction with our profiles and content
Collaborate with our commercial department and develop concepts that might be of interest to our commercial partners
Follow new trends, track, measure and create reports on our social media activities (especially TikTok/Instagram)
Adjust schedule accordingly throughout the week to accommodate flexible availability
Knowledge of sports and trending (must have)
Knowledge of video editing and basic graphic design (must have)
