Hey, we're Updraft and we're looking for a Social Media Manager to take our socials to the next level. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to completely own our organic social media channels, as well as grow and nourish our community of users! Ideally, you’ll be a social native, someone who knows what’s trending, but also naturally creative, brimming with innovative and original ideas. We want someone who is willing to take risks, but can also work to guidelines set out by the FCA.

The day to day:

Continue to build the core social and community channels that align with our brand, industry and target audience; nurture, grow and engage our Updraft user community with your killer creative content.

A little more detail:

  • Create awesome content for a social channels - you get to create what you see fits
  • Develop and manage a content strategy and calendar
  • Be flexible, and on the ball, to allow for timely and reactive content that resonates
  • Seek out and work with influential profiles to build brand awareness and drive acquisition
  • Identify further opportunities for growth and work collaboratively with the team to implement them
  • Support other marketing tasks as and when requested
