About the Role
A digital design agency is seeking a Social Media Manager role who will be responsible for the overall strategic marketing direction of their clients on and offline. This position requires a visionary leader who can effectively manage resources with exceptional communication skills and foster a culture of excellence within the team. The role involves working closely with the team and clients to ensure that clients’ goals are met while maintaining high standards of corporate governance.

The Social Media Manager will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to excel clients’ business objectives, increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and enhancing profitability.

Responsibilities include scheduling social media posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, setting up and managing social media ads, and creating captivating content including blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content. The manager will also stay updated with the latest social media trends, develop monthly reports on emerging trends, and manage off-site client visits while handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a social media management role.
  • Exceptional management skills with a solid understanding of social media ads.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing opportunities and make informed decisions to monetize client opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels of the organization.
