Responsibilities
- Develop a community-first social media strategy that prioritizes dialogue and engagement.
- Lead the creation and curation of original, engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to ensure social media is integrated into all customer touchpoints.
- Regularly analyze social media metrics, focusing on engagement and interaction metrics as key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies that prioritize interaction.
- Prior experience in a B2B social media role is essential.
