About the Role

Our client, a digital agency is seeking a social media manager to handle multiple client accounts. This is a full-time contract position that will require the candidate's presence at a specific location for a portion of the time. The agency is looking for a beginner to junior-level professional with skills in social media content development and community management. The project is scheduled to commence on May 1st.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
  • Create engaging and shareable social media content, including text, images, and videos.
  • Manage and curate content calendars for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, mentions, and direct messages across client social media accounts.
  • Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Identify and engage with relevant online communities and influencers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative abilities and a keen eye for visually appealing content.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and metrics.
