Summary of Responsibilities:
- Create and manage various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Create engaging content, write compelling copy, and produce visually appealing posts
- Create social media advertising, paid promotions, and campaign management
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to optimize social media efforts
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies into broader marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
- Experience managing social media platforms for business purposes
- Understanding of social media best practices, trends, and algorithm changes
- Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
