As a social media intern at Arc & Codementor, you will help us create content on LinkedIn, IG, Tiktok, and X. As part of the marketing team, you will help create impactful content in various form factors related to remote work, marketing, AI, and technology. This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated MBA or college students looking to make an impact as part of a small, energetic team that values growth and collaboration.
Type of role: Part-time internship (15-20 hours per week)
Location: Taiwan (remote work)
Duration: Ongoing starting January 2025 (minimum 4 months commitment, and may be extended)
Rate: $200NTD/hr
What you will be doing:
Objective: Create short-form videos and social content that resonates with our target audiences, aligns with our marketing strategies, and grows brand awareness on LinkedIn, IG, Tiktok, and X.

Content creation: Produce short-form video content (must be comfortable speaking in English on camera) and text-based or image-based content.

Content scheduling: Use a scheduling tool to publish a mix of content weekly, aligned with key topics.
Preferred Skills and Tools:
- Proficiency in video and content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Veed.io, Canva, video editing software)
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities to craft messages that engage and resonate
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate/graduate students with an interest in tech startups
- Fluent English required
- Familiarity with social media strategies (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and strategic thinker
- Ability to work independently and with a "manager of one" mindset
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends
Bonus Qualifications
- Related internship experience in marketing or with a startups
- Experience with content writing
- Strong personal brand on social media
