Your main duties in flying with us:
- Manage Trello requests by creating and organizing tasks related to various projects and initiatives
- Assist with content drafting and ideation by brainstorming ideas for new content pieces and refining existing ones
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and drive traffic to the company's website
- Create and manage social media content, including copy, images, and videos, that aligns with the brand's voice and tone
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and recommend innovative ways to improve the company's social media presence
- Analyze social media campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the management team
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, or Business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience using social media platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of social media best practices and emerging trends
- Basic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Asana
- Passion for social media and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- Desired length of employment: 3 months
