What You’ll do?

  • Devise and execute engaging content strategies tailored for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Manage daily interactions and engagements across social media platforms.
  • Drive growth through follower acquisition, engagement, and community management.
  • Identify and explore new social media channels and trends to expand our online presence.
  • Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and graphic content.
  • Attend events and produce live social media content.
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar.
  • Help in the development of quarterly planning with insights and proactivity.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, content management or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends and platforms.
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in developing successful social media campaigns.
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) B2/C1 preferred.
  • Track record of delivering projects and impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

  • Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the fintech industry, hospitality, advertising or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in building a brand presence on social media channels.
  • Knowledge of video and photo editing tools, digital and social media formats and updates.
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and generate engaging content concepts.
  • Certificates of social media training from software like Facebook Blueprint, TikTok, Google University, Coursera, Domestika and/or similar
