We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team in Manila and are currently looking for a Social Media and Marketing Team Lead to join the team.

The Social Media and Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team for one of our business units. Your team is at the forefront of engagement with our players and this role is all about enhancing player experience. Your role, along with your team, will work towards our team vision - “Build an industry leading social media presence that provides best in class player experience through our content, community and channels”

Key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure all prospective and existing customer queries, across social media channels are answered.
• Ensure that the team is  managing the appropriate tool for priority campaign responses and follow-ups, plus ad hoc campaigns.
• Oversee escalations for social posts and priority campaigns , to & from Customer Service and Account Management teams.
• Oversee the team's escalations ‘to’ and ‘from’ social community to product/marketing teams when an issue arises.
• Spot check that the correct tagging procedure is followed when consolidating data for reports.
• Oversee the team relationship building with key players (Account Management & Top Fans) in your community
• Oversee selection and remuneration of competition winners based on set criteria 

What you will bring to the role:

• A 4-year course college graduate (Marketing, Communications, or any business-related courses)
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing team members
• Must have at least three (3) years of social media experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong community management skills, with experience in building and maintaining online communities
• Proficiency in generating and analyzing various levels of reporting to inform strategy and decision-making
• Experience in the gaming industry and knowledge of poker is a plus
• Good to have in-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Experience using Zendesk, Twitch and Sprinklr would be an advantage
