Social Media and Community Management Specialist

As a key member of the PR & Marketing team, you will report directly to the Head of PR & Marketing. In this role, you are tasked with overseeing the presence of our diverse brands across various social media platforms. You will engage with our communities to amplify our reputation and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include strategizing and executing tailored content that resonates with the distinct audiences of each brand, ensuring cohesive messaging that aligns with our overarching marketing goals.

Key responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversion.
  • Manage daily social media activities including content creation, posting, and community interaction.
  • Monitor and respond to user comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, Product and creative teams to align social media campaigns with business goals.
  • Analyze social media metrics to gauge success and areas of improvement, and report on these metrics.
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our campaigns.
  • Manage crisis communication on social platforms when necessary.
  • Uphold and convey the brand’s voice and identity consistently across all platforms.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management with adult brands.
  • Proficiency in managing top social media platforms such as X, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple social media channels effectively.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • A bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, social media, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong level of English, knowledge of any other language is considered as a plus
