Job Summary
We are looking for a Social and Digital Strategist to join the Experience Strategy team and drive the conception and execution of best-in-class content, platform, communication, and community strategy across key clients.
The Role
This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with creatives, brand strategists, social media community managers, social media investment specialists and analysts to generate measurable impact for clients from social and digital media efforts.
You will be a trusted social media expert to internal and client teams and support Directors, Experience Strategy with the development of cross-channel strategic direction and frameworks.
This role requires an understanding of digital media and an ability to translate business objectives into actionable communications plans and digital customer experiences.

Someone who has hands-on experience planning and executing social media content for business and understands how to deliver brand messaging that earns attention in social environments.
You believe in the power of social media to create culture and move society and you have ideas about how brands should show up to break through and add value.
You are a strategic thinker with a passion and interest in creating effective, impactful communications strategies and digital customer experiences.
You are a curious self-starter who asks the right questions to get to the heart of an issue and are energized by the challenge of becoming an expert on new topics quickly. You combine data-informed rigor with out-of-the-box thinking.
