Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional and practical support to clients in line with their care plans
• Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity
• Monitor and document clients’ progress and any changes in their condition
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive support
• Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
  Collaborate on assessments and behavior
• management plans, aligning with care plans.
• Facilitate individual and group educational activities.
• Provide care based on plans and document progress.
• Liaise with supervisors, professionals, and referral
• agents.
• Participate in training and contribute to policies and
• procedures.
• Ensure safety, well-being, and confidentiality of

Requirements

• Must hold an EU or UK passport to be eligible for this position.
• Previous experience in social care or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments.
• Relevant qualifications or training in social care are advantageous.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and client communication.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights if necessary.
