Snowflake Practice Lead

As the VP, Snowflake Practice Lead, you will be at the forefront of our Snowflake platform strategy, driving its adoption and implementation across our client engagements. Your role is pivotal in shaping and executing our Snowflake practice roadmap, ensuring it aligns with industry trends and client needs. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Snowflake practice, creating frameworks, solutions, accelerators and templates for delivery efficiency, automation and value 

  • Lead a team of Snowflake architects, engineers, and consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure successful project delivery. 

  • Drive business development efforts related to Snowflake, including client engagement, solution design, and proposal development. 

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Snowflake, staying current with platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends. 

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to drive growth and client satisfaction within the Snowflake practice. 

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnership with Snowflake and lead technical solutioning / proposal responses. 

  • Provide thought leadership through industry publications, speaking engagements, and participation in conferences. 

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a consulting firm, specializing in Snowflake data platform solutions. 

  • Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture, implementation best practices, and cloud data warehousing concepts. 

  • Experience leading content rich workshops and discussions with CXO level stakeholders focused on industry trends, POVs on specific problem areas, innovations, etc. 

  • Track record of driving business growth through strategic initiatives, client relationship management, and solution innovation. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 

  • Certifications in Snowflake and relevant cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus.
