As a member of the Client Acquisition Team in Viva Wallet, you will be responsible for converting sales leads provided to you via an extensive partner network into customer appointments and closing sales for card terminals and related merchant acquiring services through digital and face to face contact with new clients. You will be providing a first-class face-to-face service in the field, aligned to customer needs and acting as a trusted partner in a defined geographical region.

More specifically, as a SMB Sales Executive, you will:

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, executing leads provided by extensive partner network, tele-sales team and other inbounds;
  • Evaluate Contact-Centre existing data and information about the prospect, build rapport and business relationship by conducting telephone and video calls validating the prospect's current needs in relation to Viva Wallet offerings.
  • Always strive to maximize reach by obtaining referrals from existing client base;
  • Opportunistically looking for new sales opportunities through networking, digital prospection and customer / area canvassing;
  • Make a positive and compelling presentation of the products / services driven by your in depth understanding of the market and the product / services features / advantages for the specific prospect;
  • Close by selling the group products / services;
  • Enter and update customer data / other useful information in the CRM system;
  • Undertake all relevant training and refresh training as relevant to your role;
  • Promote a team spirit and be able to learn from your colleagues;

Requirements

To be considered you should have:

  • Expertise in B to B sales – senior level management;
  • Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions;
  • Previous experience of selling products or services into Hospitality (restaurants, hotels, bars, take-aways, etc.) and or Retail sectors.
  • A good understanding of information technology, particularly web-based application;
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages
  • Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
  • Outstanding negotiation / sales skills with proven closing ability;
  • Strong organizational and diary management skills;
  • Resilient and persistent, able to handle objections;
  • A results-driven approach and strong self-drive, along with the ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets;
  • Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially;
  • Excellent use of English;

Desirable:

  • Sales experience in the Payment Services or Cards Terminals industry;
  • Ability to understand, demonstrate and communicate web-based software products;
  • Ability to deal with a diverse client base;
  • Additional language skills of Turkish, Mandarin or Cantonese;
