Atomic was founded in 2012 by serial entrepreneur Jack Abraham and is headquartered in Miami with offices in San Francisco and New York City with a distributed team across North America.

Overview: We are a pre-launch company backed by Atomic VC, focused on building a differentiated B2B Fintech product. Our founders were early Technical and Go-to-Market Product leaders at Returnly, Affirm, and Square (now Block), so we are no strangers to building revolutionary Fintech Companies! After conducting extensive user and industry research, we’ve built an MVP and are gearing up for a Platform launch to early adopters.

We're now looking for an SMB Account Executive to be our founding sales member, reporting to our Head of Go-To-Market. You’ll play an instrumental part in bringing in early adoption customers and establishing the foundation for future growth. As the first Account Executive you will not only have the ability to create value through immediate increase in sales but will also have the opportunity to structure our sales systems, work directly with our executive team and shape our culture. This is a career path role with potential for rapid promotion. 

This role can be remote throughout the US, or hybrid if based in San Francisco.

What You'll Do:

  • Field inbound customers + prospect to new customers.
  • Work with a high velocity of deals and new logos.
  • Manage inbound pipeline and forecast deals accurately via Hubspot (CRM).
  • Work closely with our Marketing and Customer Experience teams to build pipeline.
  • Qualify deals and get to decisions quickly.
  • Hold deals to a consistent sales cycle and process.
  • Implement / activate customers - working through the entire sales cycle to close new logos.

What You Bring:

  • At least 3-4 years experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally selling technical solutions to SMBs.
  • Undergraduate degree from top-tier university.
  • Demonstrated ability to predictably forecast and execute on business goals.
  • Experience working with CRM systems to track and forecast deals.
  • Hunter mentality with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment.
  • Self starter, able to work alone and develop own daily/weekly agenda.
  • Organized and structured thinking for planning and execution purposes.
  • Vision, positive attitude and ability to think outside of the box.
  • Analytically minded and able to engage with and utilize others to deliver targets.

Bonus:

  • You were an early employee at a Fintech, Payments, or Project Management startup that saw notable scale and market success.
