Responsibilities
- Efficiently complete assigned tasks within established timeframes.
- Ensure accurate documentation, promptly submitted via our electronic system.
- Maintain a track record of no more than one audit failure annually.
- Lead when working with teams of two or more technicians.
- Uphold compliance with current legislation and thorough documentation.
- Execute tasks following WCS Group procedures with precision.
- Champion health and safety standards across teams and with clients.
- Plan and execute work schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Liaise effectively with client representatives as needed.
- Report relevant issues promptly to field managers or client representatives.
- Adhere consistently to client-specific health and safety practices.
- Handle a range of tasks across disciplines and communicate training needs.
- Mentor less experienced technicians and engineers.
- Flexibility to take on various roles within your capabilities.
- Ensure equipment safety and fitness for purpose.
