The Milhouse Services team is growing! The Skid Steer Operator will be a critical team member for the continued growth and development of Milhouse Services. The Skid Steer Operator will be responsible for vegetation management at commercial client sites and ensuring that quality is always top of mind!
**Due to the seasonal and on-call nature of these roles, we are requesting that candidates be local in the Chicago-land area. Please only apply if you are an existing resident.**
What you will do:
- Vegetation management/snow services on commercial sites using Skid Steer with attachments
- Perform site assessments and quality services in a timely manner
- Work in/near direct automotive traffic
- Safeguard assets from theft and misuse
- Comply with business ethics, applicable laws and regulation
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
What we are looking for:
- Two plus years of operator experience
- Must have transportation to job sites or assigned branch location
- Ability to perform a site assessment and perform quality services in a timely manner
- Ability to work overtime or extended shifts if required by Operations Management
- Ability to work in extreme conditions – including freezing temperatures
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day
- Must have a Commercial Driver's License* OR Class B CDL*
