Objective
This position is primarily responsible for the in-house repair, calibrations, and service of Construction Technology which includes various Trimble Construction Machine Control and Guidance systems as well as Spectra, TopCon, Leica laser equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair construction technology hardware, with emphasis on lasers, GPS components, and optical instruments

Prepare accurate and timely estimates for customer repairs

Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, service plan, allocation of time, and tracking parts

Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring customer needs and deadlines are met

Complete all scheduled repairs in a safe and efficient manner

Adheres to all safety rules and maintains quality housekeeping
Occasional/Other Responsibilities:

Assist with ordering parts and organizing the parts warehouse

Attend Trimble Equipment training

Support team members & customers jumping in to help provide value where possible
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
-
2 years or more experience with Heavy Equipment Construction Technology

Trimble and/or Spectra Precision, TopCon, or Leica Technology training
-
Training with lasers and electronic technology
