We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you will support the team responsible for managing clients’ hosted cloud applications and accounts, ensuring their stability, scalability, and performance. Reporting to the Head of Managed Services, you will collaborate with engineers and Atlassian administrators to address customer needs, enhance automation, resolve technical challenges, and implement scalable, efficient solutions.

What you will do:
Support and Operations:
- Ensure application availability, stability, and scalability in hosted environments.
- Implement infrastructure and application changes to maintain optimal performance.
- Monitor system architecture using automation and custom solutions.
- Proactively address client issues, facilitate requests, and provide recommendations based on best practices.
Process Improvement and Standardization:
- Develop and document standardized processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Create detailed specifications to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with solution architects and other technical experts to design and implement cross-functional solutions.
Customer Engagement:
- Partner with clients to address technical needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues in collaboration with clients via tickets or video calls.
On-Call and Team Collaboration:
- Participate in 24/7/365 support coverage, including on-call rotations.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment with daily stand-ups and shared goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
