About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Site Merchandiser with a proven track record of managing e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the online shopping experience, driving conversion rates, and improving overall site performance through strategic product merchandising and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shopify Experience: Maintain and update the Shopify platform, including uploading new products, optimizing product descriptions, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory levels.
- Promotion Building: Design and implement effective online promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotions with brand strategies.
- Product Management: Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from onboarding to inventory management. Monitor and manage product inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Collaborate with relevant teams to strategize inventory control.
- Reporting: Leverage expertise in the fashion retail industry to curate and present products in alignment with brand aesthetics. Analyze customer behavior, and site performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly test site functionality and troubleshoot any issues related to product displays, pricing, or customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Merchandiser in the retail industry.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, with a strong emphasis on Shopify.
- Proficiency in Shopify platform features, including theme customization, and third-party app integrations.
- Strong background in product management, particularly in fashion retail.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
