Description:

In this role you will be responsible for the global network of fulfillment centers, while also ensuring a safe environment with scalable processes and operations. Site Leaders are responsible for all safety, budgetary, people development and operations objectives for an entire fulfillment center. Responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center. This position requires a results-oriented, high-energy, dynamic individual with both stamina and mental quickness to be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth Distribution Center. Excellent communication skills with all levels of management and staff will be essential. 

Responsibilities:

• Hire and develop site leaders, safety personnel, and ICQA teams to ensure sustainable and best in class fulfillment operations.
• Build and maintain the fulfillment center topology to support the growth of Coupang.
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Lead material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; advising management on needed actions.
• Control inventory levels and accuracy; reconciling with data storage system.
• Ensure the personal safety and safe working environment of staff.
• Maintain high quality condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years of direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain operations leading and owning cross-functional programs.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Experience with the full staffing life cycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.
• High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
• Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others.
• Candidates must be flexible to work based on business demands, and if needed during weekends or holidays.

說明：

本職位將負責物流中心全球網絡，並建立安全的環境，確保流程及營運具備可擴充性。

FC 現場負責人執掌物流中心整體的安全、預算、人員發展及營運目標。其職責包括管理並領導營運及區域經理的團隊、輔導並指導該團隊，確保績效目標得以實現、建立正向的員工關係、打造物流中心內部各階層的領導力。本職位需要以結果為導向、精力充沛、充滿活力的人選，具有充沛體力及敏捷思維，能夠在快節奏、高成長的配送中心工作、發展。能在各管理階層及員工之間展現卓越的溝通技巧是不可或缺的條件。

職責：

• 僱用並培養現場負責人、安全人員和 ICQA 團隊，確保物流營運能夠順暢運行、維持高水準。
• 建立並維護物流中心結構，以支援酷澎的發展。

基本條件：

• 商業、工程、營運、供應鏈、運輸物流或相關領域的學士學位。
• 在製造、生產或配送領域有 10 年以上的直接管理經驗（包括受薪員工）。
• 在執掌跨部門專案、領導供應鏈營運具備豐富的經驗。
• 擁有績效指標、流程改善和精實技術的經驗。
• 擁有完整的人員聘用經驗，包括面試、招募、績效管理、晉升和解僱。
• 高度重視細節，需能夠同時管理多個、相互競爭的優先事項。
• 能夠在需要持續創新的快節奏環境中進行策略性思考並有條不紊地執行。
• 能夠向他人清楚傳達資料的洞察。
