Shopify Specialist (Poland)

Are you a Shopify wizard with a passion for crafting bespoke solutions? We are on the hunt for a creative Shopify Specialist who can take existing templates and transform them into unique, user-friendly online stores. Your role will involve not only developing from scratch, but also updating and enhancing current websites to elevate user experience and introduce exciting new features.

Company: A retail company with a long-standing working relationship with two well-known brands: Pandora Jewelry and Steve Madden Footwear (three stores for each brand). We focus on selling luxury accessories from well-known world brands.

Team: Cozy team of over 100 passionate professionals, led by an incredible CEO with a background in Shopify development. You will work in a team with 2 other strong specialists, the CEO will be your direct manager.

Together We Will:

  • Develop frontend Shopify features using HTML;
  • Maintain and develop 6 existing Shopify online stores, as well as future additional stores;
  • Perform Shopify API integrations to connect the stores with external systems;
  • Work with Shopify's templating language, Liquid, to customize store designs and functionality;
  • Integrate Shopify with external solutions like payment gateways, CRMs, and shipping providers;
  • Participate in architecture brainstorming sessions to plan new Shopify store features and integrations.

Requirements

What You Will Need:

  • 2–3+ years of professional experience in Shopify development;
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1-C2);
  • Proactive and experienced in front-end development, with a strong understanding of design and user experience principles;
  • In-depth knowledge of HTML and familiarity with Shopify's templating language;
  • Ability to work with Shopify APIs and integrate various third-party solutions;
  • Familiarity with Liquid and experience in leveraging outside integrations and solutions;
  • Capable of working independently without the need for extensive technical mentoring;
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively translate client requirements into technical solutions.

Would Be a Plus:

  • Ability to visit the office in Poland (Warsaw) several times a week;
  • Good sense of humor 😊
