Team Description:

As a member of the Shipping & Receiving team, you will support engineers and scientists. You will have the unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the Neuralink employee experience and be the ‘go-to person’ for one of the most talented teams in the world.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process, package, and ship domestic and international orders accurately including scheduling courier pickups and deliveries
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Check, verify, and upload packing slips and file invoices
  • Keep the Shipping and Receiving area clean and organized daily
  • Support the Operations Manager in daily operations like ordering items, assembling furniture, etc.
  • Deliver by being extremely handy, resourceful, flexible and adaptable and having a “no task is too big or too small,” team player mindset
  • Excitement to learn from software, mechanical, electrical, materials, biological engineers, and neuroscientists and ability to work and communicate cross-functionally with these teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Take the initiative to be proactive and a self starter

Required Qualifications: 

  • High School or GED diploma 
  • Driver’s License 
  • Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
  • Ability to lift or move heavy products

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in shipping and receiving
  • Forklift certification
  • DOT certification
  • CPR/First aid certification

Pay Transparency:

Based on California law, the following details are for California individuals only:

California Hourly Range:
$14.86$29.33/hr USD
 
For Full-Time Employees, your compensation package will include two major components: salary and equity. Guidance on salary for this role will be determined according to the level at which you enter the organization, with the ability to gain more over time as you contribute.
