Our wealth of knowledge stems from the diversity of brands and successful products we have produced year after year. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and highly motivated individual to join our shipping team.

Compensation: 38k to 59k

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Process customer orders and facilitate through our third-party logistics company
  • Act as team lead to mentor junior Shipping Coordinators; resolve issues
  • Timely and accurate shipment of customer orders
  • Maintain compliance with routing and all rules of shipping to retailers including:
  • Department stores
  • Discounters
  • Independents/Specialty
  • Boutiques
  • Drop ship/Direct Consumer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of EDI a plus
  • Knowledge of complex ERP system a plus
  • Experience managing client accounts
  • Understanding of compliance of routing and shipping rules is a plus
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills
