We operate with a lead free kettle using special High Grade Zinc that is supported by the most technologically advanced equipment in our industry. Millennium Galvanizing can also perform painting, metalizing and paint over bare blasted steel as well as paint over galvanized steel for sensitive areas of installation that require an aesthetically pleasing coating application. DESCRIPTION The Shipping Clerk serves as the primary clerical representative for shipping purposes. This individual creates and manages documents as the bill of ladings for the Plant, prints and reviews and receives invoices. Competencies

  • Responsibilities
  • Prepares and manages documents, such as work orders, bill of ladings, or shipping orders.
  • Prints and reviews employee time sheets
  • Receives and manages invoices.
  • Initiates payroll deductions for Fastenal Machine.
  • Updates employees’ schedules from Microsoft Excel to Microsoft Access.
  • Examines records such as invoices or orders to verify accuracy.
  • Records shipment data for recordkeeping purposes.
  • Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook is preferred.
  • Epicor experience preferred.
  • Regular, reliable attendance is required.
