THE ROLE
We are looking for an extremely detail-oriented, process-driven individual to work with us full-time as a Shipping and Logistics Associate. In this role, you will help Audicus transform lives by ensuring the timely delivery of hearing aids to Americans across the country.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and neatly pack orders according to company standards
- Provide first-rate support to in-office customers as needed
- Customize shipments based on specific order details
- Utilize shipping software to print shipping labels and manage delivery times
- Log and process incoming packages
- Coordinate logistics across our sales, customer experience, and audiology teams
- Keeping track of inventory and supplies
- Knowledgeable of hearing aid devices and aptitude to inspect/repair

Salary Range:
$50-55K
Location: NYC Onsite 5 Days
