Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring customers receive their products on time? Join our team as a Shipping Specialist and play a crucial role in getting products from our facility to our customers efficiently and accurately.

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00/hourly + $1.75 shift differential

Part-Time: 28 hours a week ranging between 2 PM - 10 PM Monday - Friday 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Prepare and scan packaged orders using UPS or USPS tracking systems, ensuring labels match for accurate delivery.
  • Pallet and Staging Coordination: Safely stack labeled packages on pallets, moving them to staging areas and coordinating with carriers for smooth distribution.
  • Shipping Coordination: Work closely with truck line brokers to set up shipments, handle required paperwork, and prepare products according to customer needs.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Generate daily shipping reports, process international shipments, and complete necessary documentation for smooth customs processing.
  • Problem Solving: Collaborate with leadership to address any delivery challenges, including troubleshooting with tech support when needed.

Must be able to stand, lift and bend for entire shift. Ability to lift 20 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs on occasion.
