Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all duties carried out by the team during your shift.
- Supervise the store and staff, delegating duties as needed.
- Ensure efficient opening and closing procedures across the Service Station premises, adhering to security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures within the store.
- Assist in the induction, training, and development of staff members.
- Ensure checkouts run smoothly and effectively.
- Promote the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme, ensuring all team members are engaged.
- Manage stock, including checking in deliveries and addressing supplier queries.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints, maintaining the highest standards of customer care.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, promptly reporting any issues.
- Take responsibility for the Service Station in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Carry out other duties as directed by the management team.
