Position: Shift Manager
Hours: Full-Time (Flexibility required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently by the team.
- Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth store operations.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, following security and company protocols.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the training, induction, and development of store staff.
- Guarantee efficient checkout processes and promote our Customer Loyalty Program to all customers.
- Oversee stock management, including checking deliveries and resolving any discrepancies with suppliers.
- Address customer queries, requests, and complaints, delivering the highest standard of customer service.
- Maintain the store’s hygiene standards and presentation to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations and address any issues promptly.
- Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the management team.
