Position Title: Sherman Elementary After School Program Instructor
Sharks Until Dark at Sherman Elementary School, through BACR, is a comprehensive program that runs from 2:05-6pm Monday-Friday, 12:50-6:00pm Wednesdays. We consider ourselves the second half of the school day and work in close collaboration with the teachers and administration of the school. In Sharks Until Dark, we offer enrichment classes, academic support, and youth development opportunities. Our program is a space for kids to be themselves, explore new ideas, get involved in their communities, become leaders, and make friends.
We are seeking committed and passionate After School Program Instructors to lead academic, physical, and enrichment activities as part of our Sherman Elementary After School Program. As a Program Instructor you will lead and mentor up to 20 youth in an afterschool setting.
