As a Sheriff Services Team Support Officer, this role will see you utilise your diverse product knowledge, strong attention to detail and communications skills to assist stakeholders to achieve key deliverables and operational outcomes.   

In the role of Team Support Officer, you will serve as a subject matter expert, addressing and responding to inquiries from the team promptly and professionally.

This position is a Secondment opportunity.

In this role you will also be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers to provide updates on escalation results, handle intricate inquiries, or deliver responses that do not follow standard templates
  • Gathering and analyzing data
  • Frequent communication with clients and external stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement through evaluation of trending skill or knowledge gaps
  • Support our leadership team by mentoring, training, and nurturing the growth of team members, including providing valuable feedback on their performance
  • Prepare, evaluate, and suggest revisions for Work Instructions
  • Engage in business readiness initiatives and assist with any associated change processes

Duties and responsibilities of your role may change from time to time to meet the needs and requirements of the business.

Requirements

Essential competencies:

  • Must have a minimum of 12 months of experience with Civica
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant guidelines, processes and performance standards
  • Highly proficient with CJS systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Well-developed investigative, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • To work as part of a team to ensure that service standards are met
  • Self-driven with proven ability to manage workload and time autonomously
