About the Role (Your Why)
The Shared Services Support Analyst is responsible for assisting the Manager – ANZ Shared Services with the development and implementation of business plans and initiatives for the functional area in line with the broader Datacom direction. The Shared Services Support Analyst is the intermediary between end-users and IT delivery to ensure that business/user requirements are delivered in IT solutions. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and is responsible for delivering a customer centric people service across the business. This would be a great position to someone who already has a little experience in this area but the rest we can train you up and is ideal for anyone looking to become a BA or developer who needs to get their foot in the door and start that career path.
Our offices are based around all the major cities in Australia and New Zealand. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!
