Settlement Specialist

Working as part of the Managed Trading Services team and reporting to the Settlement and Reporting Analyst, the Settlement Administrator will be responsible for managing customer settlements and interfacing with customers and sales colleagues on settlement issues.

• Ensure that the provision of our MTS services is settled in accordance with customer needs and contract requirements
• Responsible for administration of relevant documents
• Invoicing and settlement activities with customers
• Single point of communication between the accounting team and customers
• Providing internal and external reporting and analysis
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of invoice calculating system
