What's the role about

The Finance Business Partner will lead the Financial Control (FC) section of the partners accounts ensuring we reconcile these on a timely basis to supporting documentation . This person will be responsible for providing professional financial and other support services to the settlement team and be the key liaison between corporate finance and settlements.

You will be a core member of the Finance community working collaboratively with teams to ensure best practice and deliver expertise in a cross-section of financial activities.

What you’ll be doing

Control and reconcile partners balance in the accounting system on a regular basis liaising with the settlement team to ensure all support is available
Ensuring timely and accurate calculation, verification, and reporting of P&L and analytics
Substantiate all cost of sales figures to ensure accuracy
Reconciliation of historical data to source documentation
Liaise with financial and management accountants at month end to ensure accurate and complete reporting
Assist with year end Audit
Liaise with FP&A on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of detailed analysis
Experience of working on a project team
Evidenced excellent written and oral communication skills, ensuring clarity of messages,

What you’ll need to be successful in the role

Experience of working in a large complex organisation;
Experience of working in a regulatory environment;
Experience dealing with complex payment partners and contracts
Financial and commercial acumen and leadership when undertaking financial reviews and assessments; applying judgement and providing direction on outcomes;
