As our Services Manager role you will support the day-to-day operations of our Tier III Data Centre. By implementing and maintaining highly effective and efficient maintenance programs for all data centre systems (electrical, mechanical, fire, security etc.) you will ensure services are delivered in line with business needs and contractual obligations. You’ll also get to participate in the on-call roster.
Responsible for the early detection of facility issues and engaging third party suppliers where required, you will review and identify improvements to maintenance contracts services to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
Delivering NEXTDC’s customer requirement in accordance with SLA’s and NEXTDC’s best practice.
