Services Coordinator

Manila, Philippines
Responsibilities
•Monitor active Services fleet contracts’ deliverables by keeping track of submissions of mandatory reports, which includes but not limited to, service order reports, root cause analyses, monthly and annual reports to asset operations.
•Perform various integrity checks on Services platforms, systems and various databases.
•Ensure linkages of work order reports relevant reports, such as non-conformance reports, warranty claims, safety observations, corrective and preventative actions, etc.
•Transmit documented information and closely maintain an auditable ledger of documented information issuance and submissions to client.
•Assist the Services Planners / Analysts in data pooling or gathering.
•Assist in driving close out of non-conformance reports, RCAs, and lodging lessons learned in the system.
•Create purchase requisitions to trigger purchase orders related to Services consumables, supplies, logistics arrangements, etc.
•The position is expected to global and regional teams which include but not limited to:
oProject Delivery 
oCommissioning
oHSEQ
oProcurement
oSolutions Engineering
oSustaining Engineering
oGlobal Services team: RMDC and Performance Reporting
oServices Sales and Services Sales Engineering

•This position ensures that Services related administrative requirements, scope and planning is properly coordinated and seamlessly executed to enable the team’s timely delivery of remote or on-site service.
•Proactively participate in business improvement projects.
•Coordinate services reviews (weekly, monthly), consolidation and preparation of region reports, and documents meeting minutes.
•Day to day interaction with and support to the members of the Regional Services teams in APAC.
•Adheres to the high standards of health, safety and quality management required by the Fluence organisation and our customers.
•Actively contribute to the department and corporate KPIs.
•Demonstrate and ensure strong compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies, with a particular emphasis on safety and quality requirements.

Experience & Qualifications
•Proven experience in organization, planning and administrative execution utilizing different software and hardware platforms.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
•Agile and assertive in providing options and taking decisions in instances that requires immediate yet non-critical with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
•Highly motivated, organized, and a self-starter with a positive attitude.
•Demonstrable ability working in a high-performance team within a virtual, matrixed, global organisation.
•Willingness to travel as needed to project sites and customer locations.
 
Education
•Bachelor’s degree graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience.
•Strong knowledge and familiarity with operating the following platforms:
oMicrosoft programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, etc)
oVisio
oSalesForce
oPowerBI or Incorta
oAtlassian, Jira 
oSharepoint

Languages
Fluent in English.       

Work: Hybrid (at least 1 day in the office per 2weeks)

Travel
The role may include local travel.
