ServiceNow System Administrator (m/f/x)

Tipico is looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team. Grow with us, introduce us to new ideas, and develop products that maximize the thrill of sports for our customers. Your playing field

  • Monitor the health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
  • Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, role assignments, and access controls
  • Configure and maintain SLAs, catalog items, and associated workflows
  • Develop and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes
  • Coordinate application and platform upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
  • Design, develop, and configure the ServiceNow platform to automate manual processes and create efficient digital workflows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to end-users
  • Create and maintain standard platform-level reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support enterprise-wide solutions using agile methodologies
  • Proactively identify platform enhancements to maximize value and improve efficiency

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Education and Experience. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Verification. Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
  • Subject Matter Expert. Minimum of 3 years of experience administering the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment
  • Skills. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM concepts
  • Language & Framework. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations (REST, SOAP)
  • Issues are challenges for you. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
  • Cloud expertise. Knowledge in AWS
  • Benefit. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
  • Language skills. You are fluent in English, and it would be an advantage if you had a working knowledge of German
  • Nice-to-have. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools & ITIL v3 Certification1
