Job Duties and Responsibilities
This Job requires to be ONSITE from Day 1.
The ServiceNow PO will provide guidance around administration, application development,
maintenance, and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to
configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions, such as
client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled job, import sets and transform maps,
Access Control Lists and notifications
• Develop custom integration components (SSO, CMDB etc.) and integrate legacy systems
with ServiceNow using mid-server, web services, chatops, email and other relevant
technologies
• Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow including integrations with
other applications
• Hands-on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules
• Design for and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment
• Provide administrative ServiceNow support, including support via troubleshooting and
implementing bug fixes
Skills, Experience and Requirements
This Job requires to be ONSITE from Day 1.
• B.S. / B.A. degree or 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification preferred
• Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow required
• Expertise level programming skills
• Must be able to work both independently and as a productive member of a project team
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all
scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
• Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
• Experience with Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST and Integration of
ServiceNow to Other Applications
• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules -
Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change
Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM applications.
• Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
• Some experience with gathering requirements, creating stories and managing timelines
