The position is open for Skopje, Bitola & Ohrid
Your Role
- Participation in the development of the overall system, responsible for the configuration and development within the modules and applications of the ServiceNow platform
- Implementation of technical solutions in collaboration with the stakeholders, using state-of-the-art solutions
- Implementations always include the possible side effects to connected systems, interfaces and dependencies within the system or to other systems
- Ensuring and maintaining the functionality of the overall architecture
- Creation of technical and implementation concepts and carrying out developer tests as well as integration tests as part of the implementation of solutions/changes
- Implementation and, if necessary, control of support (including Hypercare) after go-live
- Ensuring content documentation and system documentation
- Responsible for the support and implementation of individual projects within the IT service management tools
- Responsible for the implementation of sub-projects related to IT service management tools
- Ensuring the operation of the supported applications in accordance with the defined requirements
- Ensuring system functionality (including interfaces) in the quality environment for non-regression tests
- Analyzing complex errors/faults including debugging and fixing errors as well as advising application specialists on analyzing and fixing errors
Requirements
Your profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer science
- Sound technical/functional knowledge of the systems/applications supported (ServiceNow)
- Optional willingness to develop further in the direction of Product Owner or Service Owner
- Sound programming knowledge (JavaScript), in particular object-orientated
- Knowledge of software architectures
- Solution competence
- Fluent in written and spoken English language
- Good analytical and communication skills, analytical thinking and very good comprehension
