What you will do:

Architect and implement tailored solutions: Design and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, and HRSD, addressing our clients' unique needs and challenges.

Advise and guide clients: Collaborate with clients stakeholders to understand their business goals, ensuring solutions align with their strategic vision.

Ensure best practices: Adhere to industry standards, Devoteam methodologies, and security protocols in all your projects.

Drive innovation: Explore and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow features to help clients optimize operations and stay ahead of the competition.

Mentor and inspire: Lead and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and building internal expertise.

Support business growth: Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution scoping and proposal development, to expand Devoteam's ServiceNow practice.

Proven expertise: 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and best practices. Engaged in the technical evaluation of requirements in relation to the ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and industry best practices

Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, integration, administration.
Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture.
Ability to design a platform operating model
Involvement in environment and platform health support (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security)

Certification advantage: Hold relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, ITIL V4). Other ServiceNow disciplines (CIS in CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, etc.)
- Client-centric approach: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships. Enterprise vision of integrating ServiceNow Platform into the ecosystem of a client.
