  • We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administering and managing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its optimal performance and scalability to meet the needs of our organization. You will be responsible for configuration, customization, and support of the ServiceNow platform to align with business objectives and improve overall service delivery

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Platform Administration: Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollouts of new applications and modules.
  • User Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders regarding ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Manage incidents and problems within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on business operations.
  • Service Catalog Management: Develop and maintain service catalogs, ensuring accurate and efficient request fulfillment processes.
  • Workflow Management: Design, implement, and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other platform components to improve process automation and efficiency.
  • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Upgrades and Patch Management: Plan, test, and implement platform upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Training: Train and support end-users and other administrators on the effective use and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards, including data security and privacy regulations.

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
  • Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow modules.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA) preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or other modules is a plus.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, APIs).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
