As a Service Technical Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ingesting our client’s data and supporting our CS Teams and Service Delivery by conducting daily data integration and operational tasks essential for managing Music Rights management client contracts and advancing our product offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, CS, Operations, and Business teams to handle daily data ingestion and reporting tasks.
- Provide support for client’s catalog onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Take ownership of data integration tasks and provide regular progress updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Execute daily and monthly operational tasks in coordination with Operations and CS teams.
- Conduct tailored data analysis to assist Product Managers and Operations teams in decision-making.
- Support the CS team in shared Rights Cloud platform - Data projects by analyzing, interpreting, and monitoring client's requests based on administrative data.
- Develop and deliver high-level administrative, statistical, and management reports using standard and specialized software applications.
- Utilize Orfium products daily to ingest data and address any issues that arise during the process.
- Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as required.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks based on clients’; or project needs.
- Maintain meticulous records, keeping track of all tasks, progress, and relevant documentation.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field provides a strong foundation in technical concepts.
- Possess a strong foundation in SQL and Python (Pandas) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Utilize excellent organizational and administrative skills to manage tasks and resources effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication in English, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
- Combine a meticulous eye for detail with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle technical challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and efficiency.
- Possess an understanding of the music industry landscape, providing valuable context for work.
- Utilize task management applications (e.g., Jira, Notion, Trello) to streamline workflows and team collaboration.
- Prior experience in the IT industry or similar roles demonstrates a strong understanding of technology and its applications.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Monday, Zoho, Hubspot) is a valuable asset.
- Prior experience with technical-related projects further strengthens your candidacy.
- Knowledge of YouTube Content ID is a valuable asset.
- Expert in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and data management software for efficient information handling.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel allows for clear presentation of insights.
