The Service Program Analyst is responsible for supporting the growth initiatives associated with the Marketing team’s strategy. The Analyst works closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and manage service offerings and is responsible for managing the operational costs of those programs. The Analyst works closely with our site leads to implement and optimize service offerings that maximize the customer experience while minimizing cost.The Analyst helps to support network optimization of programs and slit roll repositioning. The Analyst helps lead and facilitate product transitions and collaborates across different functions including Product Management, Operations, Procurement, R&D, and Finance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Work closely with the Commercial Team to help develop cost effective service programs that align with our OGSM initiatives

  • Take lead role in supporting new product offerings

  • Define and manage the new item setup process

  • Manage and analyze Service Program requests

  • Perform regular deep dive analysis on current product offerings; make recommendations based on findings

  • Provide input to the Supply Planning team to develop inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs

  • Hold monthly PLT portfolio reviews with a focus on service programs

  • Interact with sales,  marketing, and demand planning to understand demand forecast drivers

  • Collaborate with S&OP and Transportation Analyst to develop a plan that maximizes asset utilization and supports excellent customer service

  • Provide Supply Chain coordination and follow-up for Product Transitions

  • Work closely with PLTs, Product managers, and Operations to plan and carry out product transitions

  • EXACT Optimizer subject matter expert and provide site batching support

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field; 2-4 years of experience in a Supply Chain role with increasing responsibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and ERP systems
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • APICS certification or equivalent logistics education is a plus
