Service Manager

We are now looking for a Service Manager to join our On-the-Go F&R sub-department. In this role, you'll collaborate with Development Teams, Release Managers, and DevOps Engineers to ensure seamless product delivery to our customers. Your responsibilities will span technical solutions and customer relations, supporting our team in enhancing service quality for both internal and external stakeholders. Our teams prioritize customer satisfaction and growth, championing effective and collaborative delivery of evolving technology changes, while consistently providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop, improve and implement ITIL based service processes to ensure that we continue to deliver great services to our customers
  • Collaborate with our internal Development teams, Customer Success, Operations and Technical service teams to achieve joint targets of customer satisfaction, development and deliver measurable value
  • Ensuring smooth delivery and service releases by coordinating effort of various development and operational teams
  • Report service availability and status regularly for transparency throughout the organization
  • Ensure complex business and system issues get resolved by coordinating the support effort of different teams
  • Co-operate with Sales Teams, Project Teams and Product teams to ensure stakeholders have always up-to-date documentation and best practices available to provide long lasting solutions for our customers.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Excellent coordination skills
  • Sustained background (3+ years) in IT applications service management / support in supply chain or retail operations or experience as a Service Delivery Manager (or equivalent) from a SaaS software supplier
  • Experience with ITIL based Service management
  • Proven capabilities to deliver measurable value in high-speed environments
  • Capability to interact confidently with stakeholders
  • Strong will to learn how our products operate and deliver world-class service
