The Service Manager PM/SM Dashboard joins the BestFit4Digital program and supports the EPIC owner of the BestFit4Digital dashboard with his expert knowledge on business functions of the dashboard.He/she connects the business view with the specific demands from involved roles and translates e.g. into technical demands, expected test resuls, user benefits etc. To ensure execution of  the tasks listed below the service manager works closely together with members of the Epic-team, the BestFit4Digital program and even stakeholders outside the program.

The task include:

  • Strong collaboration with EPIC owner
  • Management and prioritization of functional requirements towards BestFit4Digital dashboard.
  • Support of testing and approval proceeding within the agile software development cycle.
  • Management of DTAG internal application approval procedures
  • Support of Change and communication measures and
  • IT service management incl. application support coordination/supplier steering.
  • University degree, ideally with an IT specialization
  • More than 3 years of experience in software development and/or service management as project manager, product owner or service manager.
  • Profound understanding of software engineering standards and experience in software requirements management
  • Structured and self-organized way of work.
  • Ability and motivation to work with an internal, virtual project team and in an agile approach.
  • Strong communication skills when it comes to explain complex functional topics, this includes ability to visualize e.g. supported by Powerpoint
  • Optional: knowledge of DTAG internal application approval proceedings esp. PSA and with workers council.
  • Language skills in English and German, fluent in spoken and written
