Role Summary:
- Providing support on all NEC Japan initiated meetings and activities related to reverse transition (mainly dealing with client/shared services related communication and no direct attendance to Client negotiation meetings)
- Overall Service Management tasks (bilingual in both English & Japanese highly recommended as it requires direct communication with vendor and making direct inquiries to non-English speaking organization within NEC Japan)
A) Once a year internal audit planning and execution
B) Overall client performance monitoring, Incident management
C) Process management (manage changes to Business Process Document, getting required approval)
D) Contract management (dealing with contract extension/termination, CR/CO)
- IT Support (day-to-day routine) activities / Shared Services IT infrastructure (mainly planning) support to Global IT & team
Essential:
- Good communication skills, fluent in English and Japanese
- Project planning and tracking expertise
- Senior management reporting
- Analytical approach to issue resolution and problem solving
